Welcome to Soccer Locker ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website soccerlocker.ca (the "Site") and your purchase of soccer equipment and related products ("Products") through our online store powered by Shopify. By accessing or using our Site or purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.

 

1. General Conditions

- You must be at least 18 or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our Site or purchase Products.

- You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

 

2. Products and Pricing

- Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our Site are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free or complete. Colors and sizes may vary slightly due to manufacturing or display differences.

- Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g., GST/HST, PST), shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

- Availability: All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue Products at any time.

 

3. Orders and Payment

- Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to Product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

- Payment: We accept payments through the methods listed on our Site (e.g., credit cards, PayPal, etc.). You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Payment must be received before we process your order.

- Taxes: You are responsible for applicable federal and provincial taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Saskatchewan Provincial Sales Tax (PST), unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

- Shipping: We ship internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

- Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss for Products transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

- International Orders: For international orders, you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

-Soccer locker will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any unworn, unused items within 14 days of the online purchase for a full refund. Custom clothing/items are final sale. Please call 306-244-8933 or email soccerlockerteam@gmail.com to process a return. We may ask for the customer to provide product images before processing a return. The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges. Returns/exchanges must be in its original box; the original shoe box must be undamaged to qualify for a return (we realize that damage to the box may occur in shipping but please try to protect the box and do not apply tape directly to it). Credit card returns may take up to 4-6 business days to appear on the billing statement. - Consumer Protection: In accordance with Saskatchewan’s Consumer Protection and Business Practices Act, you may have additional rights for returns or refunds if Products are defective or not as described. Contact us at soccerlockerteam@gmail.com within 14 days to arrange a replacement or refund for defective Products.

 

6. User Accounts and Rewards Program

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

- We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

Soccer Locker Rewards Program

The Soccer Locker Rewards Program (the "Program") is a free loyalty program offered by Soccer Locker through our website, powered by the Joy Rewards app. By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Earning Points

Customers can earn reward points in the following ways:

  • Purchases: Earn 50 points for every $1 CAD spent (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).
  • Account Signup: Earn 3,000 points when you sign up for the Rewards Program.
  • Birthday Bonus: Earn 3,000 points on your birthday (must be added to your profile at least 30 days prior).
  • Social Media: Earn 3,000 points when you follow soccerlockersk on Instagram (must be linked through the Rewards Program).

Points are awarded after orders are processed and completed. Points may be deducted for refunded or canceled purchases.

Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for discount coupons as follows:

  • 10,000 points = $10 CAD coupon
  • 25,000 points = $25 CAD coupon
  • 50,000 points = $50 CAD coupon

Coupons may only be used for purchases made in-store or on our website and cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions unless otherwise specified. Coupons have no cash value and are non-transferable. Coupons cannot be used on any team/custom orders.

Program Conditions

  • Points and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Soccer Locker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Soccer Locker reserves the right to edit customer points for ineligible orders without notice (see below)
  • Abuse of the Program (including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or fraudulent activity) may result in the loss of points and/or account termination.
  • Team/clubs/custom orders are excluded from earning points (online team stores are eligible to earn points)
  • Soccer Locker will not use your information for marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

- All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Soccer Locker or our suppliers and is protected by Canadian copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

 

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the Site to transmit harmful, unlawful, or defamatory content.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Site’s functionality.

- Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to access or scrape the Site.

 

9. Privacy

- We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy https://soccerlocker.ca/policies/privacy-policy and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). By using our Site, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soccer Locker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Products, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

- Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or Products shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product(s) in question, except as required by Saskatchewan or Canadian law.

 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

- All regular priced products are given 90 days warranty on manufacturer defects. Products must be examined by a manager before warranty is given. All clearance/sale items have a 7-day warranty.

-After 90 days and up until 1 year after purchase, Soccer Locker will treat warranty on a case-by-case basis. Images will be sent to the manufacturer to determine if the product qualifies for warranty.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Soccer Locker, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

 

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

- Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Saskatchewan located in Saskatoon. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

 

14. Changes to These Terms

- We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our Site. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

- Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

15. Termination

- We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
