Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Free Shipping Policy & Exclusions
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $120 within Canada, with the following exceptions:
  • Oversized & Heavy Items: Extra-large, heavy, or bulky items are excluded from free shipping. Shipping fees for these items will be calculated at checkout.
  • Remote Locations: Free shipping may not apply to certain remote areas, northern territories, or regions requiring air-stage delivery.
Order Processing
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $20 for orders under $120. Delivery typically takes 3 to 9 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $40. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days.

Shipping Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to weather, high carrier volume, or other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot take responsibility for transit delays once the package is with the courier, as these factors are completely out of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at orders@soccerlocker.ca so we can resolve the issue for you.
