Online Order Return Policy

Soccer locker will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any unworn, unused items within 14 days of the online purchase for a full refund. Custom clothing/items are final sale. Please call 306-244-8933 or email soccerlockerteam@gmail.com to process a return. We may ask for the customer to provide product images before processing a return. The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges. Returns/exchanges must be in its original box; the original shoe box must be undamaged to qualify for a return (we realize that damage to the box may occur in shipping but please try to protect the box and do not apply tape directly to it). Credit card returns may take up to 4-6 business days to appear on the billing statement. Please see below for our warranty policy.

In-Store Return and Warranty Policies

Soccer locker will gladly accept returns on any unworn, unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items returned within 60 days will be eligible for an in-store credit.

Custom orders, sale, and clearance items are final sale (clearance/sale items may be exchanged within 7 days).

All regular priced products are given 90 days warranty on manufacturer defects. Products must be examined by a manager before warranty is given.

After 90 days and up until 1 year after purchase, soccer locker will treat warranty on a case-by-case basis. Images will be sent to the manufacturer to determine if the product qualifies for warranty.

All clearance/sale items have a 7-day warranty.

 

 

The following is considered wear and tear and DOES NOT qualify for warranty

  • Shoes being used on the incorrect playing surface.
  • Colour loss/fading
  • Loose threads
  • Small gaps between the outsole and the upper
  • Scratches
  • Cracked leather
  • Holes/cuts that are not part of the seam
  • Stripped cleats
